Administrator Look-For

These documents support the implementation of Benchmark Advance by focusing observations on key indicators of effective curriculum use—not teacher evaluation.

The What Do You See? Walkthrough Document is designed for building walkthroughs and highlights essential elements that promote implementation integrity. Use it to inform professional development and celebrate successes.

The Lesson Look-Fors are more explicit and intended for classroom visits. While not exhaustive, they should be considered alongside school and district priorities. After reviewing multiple classrooms, reflect on collected evidence to identify trends, strengths, and areas needing support.
