If you need to return any materials, please submit a return request within 90 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be in resalable condition.

To begin the return process, complete the form below and email it to orderconcerns@benchmarkeducation.com. Our customer service team will confirm the details of your return and provide instructions for shipping the items back.

Once we receive the items and confirm they are in resalable condition, we will process a credit to your account. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
